TP3S Series - Three-Phase High-Voltage Full Bridge

The TP3S Series is a three-phase full-bridge intelligent power module (IPM) developed by Huangjueshu. It integrates three high-voltage gate driver ICs and six fast-recovery POWER MOSFETs/IGBTs, making it ideal for high-voltage motor applications powered by mains electricity. The module comes in a compact SOP-23 package.
