Technical Advantages

  1. HFI (High-Frequency Injection)

    • Effectively improves the insufficient low-speed torque in sensorless FOC control.

    • Achieves 20kHz high-frequency square wave injection, reducing electromagnetic noise caused by injection.

  2. Torque Compensation

    • By applying an additional compensation component to the Q-axis current, the compressor's load capacity is enhanced, and operational noise is reduced.

  3. Noise Suppression

    • FOC UQCPS (Q-axis voltage feedforward compensation) emits inverse sound waves to cancel out noise, effectively suppressing motor noise.

  4. Field-Weakening Algorithm

    • By applying a negative D-axis current, it mitigates the issue of motor speed limitation due to high back-EMF, ensuring higher maximum speed while maintaining torque.

  5. CBB Capacitor Algorithm

    • Replaces traditional electrolytic capacitor solutions, offering significant cost and lifespan advantages.

  6. Hardware PFC (Power Factor Correction)

    • Hardware-based PFC improves operational efficiency and stability.

    • Supports switching frequencies up to 80kHz, allowing for a smaller inductor size.
