High-Speed Hair Dryer Solution Board


The hair dryer driver adopts a standardized hardware configuration standard for hair dryers, designed to replace traditional DC brushed motor solutions.

The driver features an AC zero-crossing detection circuit and a heating wire control circuit, supporting a heating wire constant temperature control algorithm. With hardware-based PID temperature control, it achieves temperature detection at 1000 times per second and a temperature control accuracy of less than 0.5°C.

It enables the motor to accelerate from standstill to maximum speed in just 0.5 seconds, ensuring smooth and jitter-free startup.

On the software side, it incorporates safe and reliable protection functions, including:

  • Over/under voltage protection

  • Overcurrent protection

  • Stall protection

  • Phase loss protection

  • Power protection

  • Startup protection
